Typical Camp Schedule

Monday — Friday

 

5:00-5:15pm                  Meet at local State Park & Registration

5:15-6:00pm                  Guest Speaker & Questions

6:00-6:20pm                  Warm-up & Stretching

6:20-7:20pm                  Endurance Run or Workout

7:20-7:45pm                  Core Strength Exercises, Cool-down, & Closure

 

Saturday

 

10:00-10:15am               Meet at Lake Minnewaska    

10:15-11:00am               Presentation & Guest Speakers

11:00-12:30pm               Endurance Run and Supervised Recreation Time

12:30-01:30pm               Lunch (Picnic)

01:30-03:00pm               Supervised Recreation Time

03:00-05:00pm               Afternoon Run & R&R 

 

**Please bring water & food to camp daily!

 

**Thunder & Lightning-Camp will be canceled & rescheduled.
