About

Jason Grady is a runner, educator, and coach who implements a scientific approach combined with “old school” training principles to develop endurance athletes.  Jason has a master’s degree in Physical Education and a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance.  Since his initial introduction to the sport at the age of 5, Jason has always been involved in coaching runners and he continues to be a student of the sport.

Throughout his coaching career, Jason has been successful at helping a wide range of athletes. He has coached National caliber athletes as well as beginners.  He has been very successful with coaching runners from the 800m up to the marathon.  His athletes include college, high school, and regionally elite athletes.  As a coach of a high school team he has worked with males and females, individuals and teams, all with equal success.  “Jason Grady deserves recognition as the top distance coach in the area,” excerpt from a Poughkeepsie Journal article.
