Jason Grady is a runner, educator, and coach who implements a scientific approach combined with “old school” training principles to develop endurance athletes. Jason has a master’s degree in Physical Education and a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance. Since his initial introduction to the sport at the age of 5, Jason has always been involved in coaching runners and he continues to be a student of the sport.
